Do You Offer Free Shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on orders to Asia over $100 USD
and to all other countries over $200 USD.

Hong Kong SAR 港特别行政区, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Macau SAR 澳门特别行政区, Malaysia, Myanmar, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Taiwan Region 台湾地区, Thailand, Vietnam, Mongolia, Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Maldives, Nepal, Sri Lanka.

For merchandise orders totaling less than our free shipping conditions,
there is a delivery charge of $10 USD for shipping.
$10 USD is charged for international orders that don’t comply with our free shipping criteria.

We hold FREE shipping promotion very often and you may be able to check the events via our official websites or SNS pages such as Instagram or Facebook.

We provide worldwide shipping service.

All related fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Will I Have To Pay Customs?

You may have to pay import taxes and/or customs duties.
You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the shipment.
These charges are separate from your shipping charge, and you will be billed directly for them.

We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.

When Will My Order Arrive?

It usually takes 2-10 business days for the products to be delivered to your doorstep once your order is dispatched.

The preparation time for delivery may vary depending on items you order.

Keep in mind that delivery may be delayed because of external factors such as customs clearance, weather conditions, etc.

Tracking number will be issued once the parcel leaves our warehouse.
Arrival dates may vary depending on each country's customs and tariffs, so please keep tracking items with given tracking number.

Why is my order partially shipped?

Sometimes, it may take too long to ship all the items at once due to the inventory.
In such cases, we send the items that are initially ready, and the rest will be shipped out when they are available.
