If customers refuse a package due to customs issues, including refusal to pay customs tax or duties,

failure to provide requested documents, or other related issues, the package gets returned or discarded.

 1) In case of a return, the round trip shipping fee and customs related costs will be deducted from the refundable amount.

 2) In the case of discard, customers will be held responsible for the loss caused and no refund will be issued.
