I bought lipsticks with the total bill of 99 dollar on December 20th, when there was a promotion on homepage that all shipping for the order that day would be free and there was not any shipping fee added when I paid for my order, so I assumed the promotion was true. After 3 weeks of waiting, finally my order arrived but i had to pay 32,20 euro for the shipping cost. This is ridiculous!!! It would be better if there would be no promotion saying things that was not true at all and if I would have known beforehand. Big disappointed!
